I remember about a year ago when I was really overweight. I couldn't do anything that would help me get the weight to come off. I would run on the treadmill for hours, and that didn't do anything. Drink water. Drink lots of water. Drink so much water that you think that it's too much. Okay, maybe not too much, you should be tricky more water than you're used to. A lot of experts say that you should be drinking 8 cups a day, and that may not sound like a lot, but I'm pretty sure you're not drinking it.
Tip three
Walk. You should be walking more and getting more exercise. You don't have to start running every day. Just get out there and walk an extra mile, and you'll see how the results build up over the next couple weeks. You will lose weight.
Tip four
Don't work out too much. The more you work out on things like the treadmill, the more likely you will be to read word yourself for your hard work with naughty foods. Just eat reasonably, and don't spend too much time at the gym.
Tip five
If you're not going to be working out a lot then you need to be taking a supplement to help with your weight loss. There are a lot of supplements you can take to help you lose weight, you need to at least be taking one in order to lose any weight at all.
